      – All menus and promotions are not applicable to official partner venues or contracted venues, unless otherwise stated.

    • Order & Confirmation
      – All orders must be confirmed at least 5 working days in advance, subject to availability.
      – Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and/or payment.
      – For non-corporate orders, full payment is required upon confirmation.
    • Cancellation Policy
      – Cancellation after confirmation will incur a 50% charge of the total food price.
      – Cancellation made within 24 hours of the event date will incur a 100% charge of the total food price.
    • Buffet Setup
      Buffet catering includes:
      – Buffet tables, table skirting and décor, food warmers, biodegradable disposable ware, serviettes
      – Mini Buffet orders do not include buffet setup, tables, or food warmers.
    • Delivery & Setup Timing
      – Please allow 30 minutes to 1.5 hours before the scheduled mealtime for delivery and setup.
    • Delivery Charges
      – Transport charges vary by menu package. Please refer to the respective menu PDF for details.
      – An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.90 with GST) applies for deliveries to the Town Area.
      – Deliveries to Jurong Island or Changi Cargo Complex are subject to additional charges. Please contact us for arrangements.
    • Accessibility Surcharge
      – A surcharge of $150 ($163.50 with GST) applies for locations without lift access.
      – This applies for up to 2 levels only.
    • Menu Customisation
      – Menu customization requests may be accommodated based on feasibility.
      – Additional charges may apply for customized menus. Please consult our sales team for details.
    • Allergy Disclaimer
      – Due to shared food preparation areas, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in any dish. While we follow strict food safety procedures to minimize cross-contamination, we may be unable to accommodate guests with severe or life-threatening allergies, particularly nut allergies. Customers are advised to inform guests accordingly.
